How do I obtain my package code?

Drug Test


Where do I view instructions on how to complete my Drug Test?

Instructions on how to complete your drug test are located in your CertifiedProfile account. Once you have logged in, go to the To-Do List titled "Drug Test," and click on the red plus sign to view all the steps required to complete the process.

What is MRO Review?

If anything is found to be abnormal with your drug test it will be sent to a medical review officer, who will contact you if they have questions.

Where is my eChain?

If you do not receive a paper chain of custody form from you school, check your CertifiedProfile Drug Test To-Do List.

I have taken my drug test and I still do not have my results?

If it has been over 5 business days since the test was administered, please email cpservicedesk@certifiedprofile.com.

Background Check


Where can I view my Order Confirmation?

A copy of your Order Confirmation was sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. You can also retrieve a copy of your Order Confirmation by logging into your CertifiedProfile account and clicking on the Document Center tab located at the top of the screen. Once in the Document Center, click on the Background Check folder located on the left side panel, then click on the document titled "Confirmation."

When should I expect my Background Check results to be complete?

Results are normally returned within 3- 5 business days. Please note that turnaround time will vary based on the specific items in your order. If it has been more than 5 business days and you are approaching your school deadline please email us at cpservicedesk@certifiedprofile.com.

What does "In Process" status mean on my results summary page?

"In Process" means that the item is not completed and is still being researched.

How do I dispute additional charges or criminal records?

Once your results are returned, you will receive a message in your CertifiedProfile Message Inbox titled "Completed Order Results." In this message, links are provided to dispute additional charges or criminal records.

Immunization Tracker – Magnus Health Portal


How do I view my school’s guidelines for each of my immunization requirements in Magnus Health Tracker?

For each requirement, your school has set specific guidelines. You may view these guidelines by clicking on "Important! View Approval Guidelines," located under each requirement.

Once I have faxed my documents to Magnus Health Portal, how long does it take for them to be uploaded to my account? What are my next steps?

It takes 24 - 48 business hours for documents to be uploaded. You will need to log in to your Magnus Health Tracker and attach your records to the appropriate requirements. Requirements cannot be reviewed until this step is completed.

How can I confirm that Magnus received my immunization faxes?

All faxes are sent directly to Magus Health Portal, not CertifiedBackground.com. Once your faxes are received by Magus Health Portal, they will send you an email confirming that your documents are now available in your account. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours of faxing, we suggest re-faxing the documents.

How can I replace a document that was rejected in my Magnus Health Tracker?

You can replace a document that has been rejected within your Magnus Health Tracker by clicking on the rejected document. This will open your Document Library where you will be able to click on a new document and select "Save."

How can I combine records in my Magnus Health Tracker?

You can combine records by selecting "Combine Records," located at the bottom of your document library, and checking off all the records you would like to combine. You will then select "Save" and rename the new combined document. Note: Documents must be in PDF format.

How do I contest a document rejection?

First, ensure that you have read the approval guidelines for the requirement in question. If you have read the guidelines and feel that an error has been made, email us at cpservicedesk@certifiedprofile.com.

How often are immunization records reviewed?

Records are reviewed on a daily basis. If you have submitted your records for approval and are not going to meet a school deadline, please email us at cpservicedesk@certifiedprofile.com.

Fingerprint, Abuse, and Other To-Do Lists


Where do I access my instructions?

All instructions for your To-Do List are provided in either a downloadable format or listed in the text of each requirement.

How do I upload multiple documents to a requirement?

Documents must be uploaded into the requirement as one PDF. If you need assistance with merging documents into one or converting your document into a PDF, please seek assistance from your student resource center, public library, or local copy center.

Schools can opt to use traditional paper chain of custody forms or e-chain, which eases the administrative burden on your school by eliminating the need for hard copy forms. With e-chains, the student is directed via email to go to the nearest collection facility to submit his/her urine specimen.
